Hotel Terms & Conditions

Introduction


Welcome to Woodhouse Beach Resort. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, stays, and use of our services. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Ownership & Operator
Woodhouse Beach Resort is owned and operated by FEM Hospitality, a registered hospitality company with hotels and resorts in Goa and Mumbai.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full payment at the time of reservation.

  • We accept payments via our approved payment gateways, bank transfer, or other authorized methods.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds, date changes, or cancellations will be allowed.

  • In case of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

 

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

5. Identification

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

  • Non-resident foreigners must present a valid passport and visa.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas.

  • Illegal activities, excessive noise, or any actions disturbing other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.

 

7. Property Damage

  • Guests will be charged for any damage to hotel property or loss of items caused during their stay.

 

8. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings.

 

9. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

 

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
